Pricing 

   We believe you should not compromise your logos look or color scheme.  Our pricing is based on the total stitch count of the logo and complexity of the design. We do not charge per color or overall size.  We can adjust your logo colors as necessary* for the garment/item colors.  Quantity discounts may apply.

Digitizing 

 Embroidery digitizing is the process of using a software program that converts a photo or artwork into a specific digital file type that allows embroidery machines to understand the sew pattern needle’s path. This process is not automated and  great digitizing is considered an artform when done correctly. Everything from fabric type, size, placement, logo details and colors must be taken into account for a properly digitized file.

    Digitizing fees start at $40.00(Example - left chest, hat size logos) and up (Example Full front logos, Jacket backs) based on the overall size and stich count of the logo.  The digitizing fee is a one time fee per logo and includes a sample sew out of the logo on a similar fabric for approval. Full front and jacket back logos - a partial sew out of the logo will be provided. A full sample sew out of a full front or jacket back logo/design is 60% of the normal embroidery fee. Edits to the original art work are included in the digitizing fee.  The digitized file is stored for future orders.   Please note, Spot On Stitching will not use customer provided digitized files.  Multiple logos may qualify for a discount.

    Fonts and thread color options-

  We offer a large selection of thread colors including multi/marbled*, glow in the dark*, metallic* and filament*.  We also offer FR threads as to meet OSHA/Union standards*.   Custom Pantone colors can be matched - Additional fee may apply for special order colors.

We offer a large selection of fonts to choose from.  Custom fonts are also available*.  We will provide up to 2 separate digital mock ups of text/names/logo/design prior to embroidery upon request at no additional charge. After 2 mock ups additional changes/mock ups are an additional $5.00 each.

   Customer Supplied Garments/Goods

    On customer supplied goods/items, Spot On Stitching Embroidery will not be responsible for any damage, embroidery damage, stains, machine damage or defective materials.  Customer assumes all risk and liability on their provided goods
On customer supplied goods multi piece orders, Spot On Stitching Embroidery uses the industry standard of a 2.5% allowable reject rate per embellishment location (2 locations, 5%, 3 locations 7.5%) on the defect rate on the entire order. If we exceed this amount the customer will be credited for the cost of the garment(s).

Spot On Stitching Embroidery IS NOT responsible for any "lost or potential revenue" associated with damaged goods or shortages, including shipping or vendor shortages.

Cancelled or changed orders will incur a restocking fee and return shipping fee if applicable.  Custom orders are non refundable.
